Phraseology

A dry and refreshing beer, which manages to be both sour and sweet, with a distinct berry aroma, and a mild ripe fruit flavour. The beer pours a bright amber colour with a slight pink tint (try not to disturb the sediment).

As with all our beers, Phraseology is a superb table beer. Try it with rich, sweet crepes this pancake Tuesday (or any day you fancy some pancakes). If you really want some next level pairing, fire up the oven and enjoy it with a delicious strawberry clafoutis.
