Everyone thought it was completely sold out but we have found some cases of Double Barrel in the darkest recess of the brewery. The boxes may be a little dusty but this brew is still as tasty as the day it was bottled. Limited to 1500 bottles, this brew is a big, rich, spicy rye ale with more than a faint whiskey undertone. Oak, vanilla, coconut and citrus greet the nose and the palate, with a well-rounded body and a hint of dry rye spiciness. Twice aged in two different sets of Whiskey barrels, this Double Barrel brew is loaded with character and a collectors item at this stage.
