Sergeant Jimmy is disarmingly smooth and crisp for its elevated ABV. Conditioned in Irish whiskey barrels, this nontraditional saison has notes of oak, coconut, and of course whiskey, along with the traditional spicy saison yeast character, and a gentle, subtle alcohol warmth.
