Sergeant Jimmy is disarmingly smooth and crisp for its elevated ABV. Conditioned in Irish whiskey barrels, this untraditional saison has notes of oak, banana and vanilla, along with the traditional spicy saison yeast character, and a gentle, subtle alcohol warmth.
