The minimum age for the legal purchase of alcohol in Ireland is 18. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. When you place an order on our website and pay for that order, confirmation that you are aged 18 or over will be required.

It is an offence to purchase alcohol for a person under the age of 18. If your order is for a third party, and it contains alcohol, the intended recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery.

Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that the item prices shown on our website are correct. In the event of an error, every effort will be made to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the corrected price.

Accuracy of Supply

We will always endeavour to supply all items listed as available online, however there may arise instances where this is not possible. In such instances you will be contacted with a substitute offer of the same or greater value. We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products listed online without notice. Product prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made through the service using credit/debit cards, through Stripe. We cannot take orders by phone or email. Card payments are made through a secure server. Black Donkey Brewing does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering. Even where your payment has been accepted by our system, no contract shall exist until the purchased items have been dispatched to you.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Should we deem it necessary to change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
