Happy Out

Crisp and dry, fresh and fruity. Luscious, juicy stone fruit, apricots, mangoes, citrus zest, and grapefruit with a solid malt backbone. Fermented with a saison yeast for a crisp dry finish, with a hint of wildness.

With characteristic dryness of a saison this brew pairs with many of the same foods as Sheep Stealer, but its lighter body and increased bitterness also work well with grilled and roast poultry, pizza and focaccia, fresh cheeses, especially goat and sheep, and crisp, fresh, mixed leaf salads.
